Our customer specific trainings can be adjusted completely to you requests and demands. Whenever possible and wherever necessary, we use special potential analyzes before the training starts in order to create a profile of strengths and weaknesses and use it as a basis for a competency-based human resource development. Customer and interface orientation is very important for a company’s success. In this training, participants will be sensitized to work even stronger and consolidate their customer orientation (both their own and their employee’s / colleagues’).
They learn to fully understand the central importance of internal customers. The participants are supposed to become more familiar in dealing with interfaces and to take responsibility for employees, colleagues and business objectives with pleasure.

Many executives spend much of their working time in meetings. Quiet often the invested time is disproportionate to the results. The introduction of standard procedures for the preparation, conduct and follow-up of meetings is in the foreground in this training module in order to achieve a meeting culture.
The participants learn to conduct discussions and meetings in an efficient, target and result oriented and masterful way. Being involved in different projects is quite normal nowadays. The project manager is not in every case a superior to the other project team members. In some cases even the project team members might be in higher positions within the management hierarchy than the project manager himself.
Central issue of this module is leading project teams without disciplinary authority (lateral leadership).
