His work focuses on all issues dealing with management, leadership and change processes. Results orientation in thought and deed has been crucial for him as a change manager for the last good 20 years. This is also reflected among other things by holding the position of President of the Q-Pool 100, the leading Quality Association of the best trainers and consultants.
Reinforce strengths, put contents into practice
Dieter Hohl prefers the strength-based approach – meaning to reinforce the individual strengths and to work in their undertow on the deficits, too. As a licensee/master of various analysis tools (Insights, Assess, Lifo, Profile, Reiss), he is a great advocate of personality based leadership or rather communication. In his training he is strongly committed towards a solid practical orientation and direct applicability of the contents into the respective situations of the participants.
Judith Rauschmair-Hohl

Uta Auernigg

- Psychologist and behavioral trainer
- Long-term experience in psychological diagnostics, selection and consulting specialists and executives
- Focus: trainings for management, executives, qualifying and special-purpose trainings as well as the moderation of team development workshops
